The problem

High levels of anxiety during the first years of university harm mental health and hurt academic performance. The university's counseling service exists, but it works by appointment: between the moment a symptom appears and the moment care arrives there is a gap nobody covers.

The proposal

An interactive digital platform that complements the UDP counseling service, with psychoeducational activities to manage anxiety symptoms immediately and from anywhere. The goal is not to replace professional care but to strengthen it, encouraging gradual self-awareness, relaxation and time planning.

Five years later

In 2026 I picked up this thesis again and turned it into a real app, built with AI. It is in this same catalog as AnsioSOS: the thesis project is where it comes from.
